Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a wrong shipment, damaged product, or an expired product, please raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To submit a request, kindly email us at help@lookspure.com with your order details and clear photos of the product. Requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted. Once we receive your request, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review it. If the request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, who will collect the product directly from your doorstep. After the returned product is received, our service team will inspect and verify the reported issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will process your refund within 2–3 working days.
